★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私道の舗装の見積もりを依頼したが、社長一族の【某役員】が対応。最初は電話での対応も感じ良く、現地にも早く来てくれて 見積もりも早くもらえた。しかし、1社だけ見立てが他社と少し異なり、また営業畑と現場畑の人とでも見立てが違ったので、現場畑含めて、社として総意の見立てか メールで 細部を確認したところ、「うちを（俺を）舐めてんのか？」と怒ったのか、その後 メール1度、電話 2度で 返信・コールバックを 受付女性 or 本人留守電 に 伝言するも その後 完全無視。一切連絡無しでシカト。役員レベルで、30年以上の仕事人生で 初体験の対応だった。 小額の案件であれば このような対応をされる。全て事実で、怒りを込めて。
