★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 急いでる時「お困りですかぁ？」「アンケートなんですけどぉ」としつこく要らない高いシャンプーを何度も売りつけようとしてくるのがすごく嫌です。
欲しい薬を説明しても違うもの(効果が全く違う値段の高いもの)を渡されたり
カウンターにいた薬剤師が薬の事を何も分からず、その場で上司に電話をかけ始め結局らちがあかず時間を無駄にされたり
あとはレジミスが多くそれでかなり待たされる。
わざわざ「ツルハのポイント使ってください！」と声をかけたらご丁寧に楽天ポイントを勝手に使ってくれツルハのポイントは丸のまま残ってました。
他にも生理用品や尿漏れ用のパットを買った時大きな声で商品名を読み上げられました。デリカシーゼロです。
近いからよく利用するけど接客レベルは他の店舗に比べて低いです。

When I asked "Please use Tsuruha's points!", Please use Rakuten points without permission. Tsuruha's points remained as they were.
When I bought a sanitary napkin or a pad for urine leakage, the product name was read aloud. Delicacy zero.
I often use it because it is close, but the customer service level is low compared to other stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日午前中にレジにいたおばちゃん、いらっしゃいませも言わない、ポイントカードお持ちですかも言わない、タラタラノロノロしてどうしたの？？気分悪いです。他の従業員さん、薬剤師さんはみんな優しくて感じがいいのに。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 良く利用しますが朝はあまり行かないです。商品見たいのにおしゃべりしながら脚立どかすこともなく品出ししている従業員…せめてお客さん来た時は少し寄ってくれても良いのに…夜は快適にお買い物できます。
I use it a lot, but I don't go much in the morning. Employees who want to see the products but are chatting and selling them without stepladders ... At least when customers come, they may drop by a little ... You can shop comfortably at night.
