A	Atsushi 0001 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ レンジが２ヶ所しかないので会計に時間が掛かってます。陳列棚のレイアウトが横一直線の鰻の寝床状態で買い物する時に店内の移動が不便です！中央に縦一本の通路が入れば改善出来ます。また陳列棚の間隔が狭く通路に別の客が立ち止まっていると通り抜けがしづらいです。 Since there are only two ranges, it takes time to check out. It can be improved if there is a vertical passage in the center. さ	さくら食太郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事帰りに寄れる唯一のドラッグストアですが、行きつけのドラッグストアがあるので、ツルハさんのポイントカードは持っていません。たまにしか寄らないし、今のところ作るつもりがありません。毎回ポイントカードを聞かれますが、その度に「持って無いけど要らないです」と伝えても「お作りしますか？」と聞かれて、いい加減イラっとしてしまいました。作るか聞かれて断るのは二度手間だと思って、最初から要らないと言っているのに更に聞いてくるのは何故でしょうか？カードの有無を聞くのはマニュアルなのだろうから仕方ないけれど、要らないと言っているのに聞いてくるのはしつこいと思います。品揃えやお店の雰囲気云々以前の問題！お客様の反応や返答をよく聞いて対応した方がいいと思います！ It's the only drugstore I can stop by after work, but I don't have Tsuruha's point card because I have a favorite drugstore. I only visit it once in a while and I have no intention of making it for now. 荒	荒井浩二 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 生活用品が安くて嬉しいです。つい、特売品が有るとまとめ買いしてしまいます。何とかキヨさんだとクーポン券が出ますが、クーポン券は使いづらいです。此処は、ポイント付与、店独自のポイントの他に楽天ポイントも付きます、嬉しいです! I am happy that daily necessities are cheap. If there is a bargain item, I will buy it in bulk. Kiyo-san manages to get coupons, but coupons are difficult to use. I'm glad that you can get points here, Rakuten points in addition to the points unique to the store!
