以前、私が電球を買いに行った時のことです。古い電球を手に、電球の売り場を訊ねました。店員さんは、私を売り場まで案内して下さいました。そして、それだけではなく、さらに、「どの電球を変わりに買えばいいのか」まで教えて下さいました。
そして、さらにさらに…手に持っていた古い電球を「こちらで処分しておきましょうか？」って聞いて下さったんですよ…‼どう思いますか？皆さん‼すごくないですか？
その日が特別なのではなくて、いつも親切なんですよ。
先日も、荷物一杯にかごを手に持っていたら「カートをお持ちしましょうか？」って優しい言葉をかけて頂きました。
ポイントもけっこうすぐにたまるし、お得です。
本当にツルハ大好きです。

The other day, when I had a basket full of luggage, I was kindly asked, "Should I bring a cart?"
The points are collected very quickly, which is a great deal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 急いで購入しなければならない物があって、開店前から駐車場に車を停めて待っていたことがありました。それに気がついてくれたのか、いつもなのか分からないけれど開店時刻の少し前にお店を開けてくれて、欲しい物の場所を聞いたら急いで先導してそこまで連れていってくれました。感謝感激でした。
以前来店した際、他の店員さんも親切だった気がします。
