y	yuu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本当、店長を筆頭に接客態度の酷い店。まず全員ニコリともしないし、店長に至ってはこう言う靴が欲しいと伝えると「えぇ、(そんな事くらい)分かりますけど」分かりますけど？はぁ？言い方考えろ。客に向かって分かりますけどって、何様だ！！と思いました。しかも別日に以前説明が無かった事が有ったので、それ対して指摘したら「はい、はい、すみませんでした。」←言い方等謝罪の言い方では無く仕方なく言ってる感が凄かった。思い切りどうゆう言い方だ！！と、怒鳴ってやろうと思いましたが子供も居た為やめました。私も靴屋で働いた事が有りますが考えられないレベルの低さです。家から近いから利用したいのに店長が、こんなんだから利用したくない。改装する前の叔父さんベテラン店長さんは、親切でとっても良い方でした。本当に店長を筆頭に酷すぎる店です。年ばかりとった礼儀も愛想も無い店長をまず辞めさせて欲しいです。礼儀作法をしっかり学んだ従業員に総入れ替えして頂きたい。そうしないと、ずっとお店の質はガタ落ちのままだと思います。そしてお客さんも来なくなるでしょう、今以上に。 Actually, a store with a bad attitude of serving customers with the store manager at the top.
