もう最低過ぎなんで、口座解約の際には意地でも他の支店に出向きたいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年前、土日営業開始に期待して口座を作った。ペイオフ上限の1000万程度預金していても、通帳発行店舗ですらATM時間外手数料取るのはサービス悪すぎ。あと、他行はVISAの年会費発生する前にカード利用を勧める案内を出すけど、さいたまリソナは何にもなし。今日口座解約した。
A few years ago, I opened an account in anticipation of opening on Saturdays and Sundays. Even if you have a deposit of about 10 million, which is the upper limit of the payoff, it is too bad to take an ATM overtime fee even at a bankbook issuing store. Also, other banks will give a guide recommending the use of a card before the annual membership fee of VISA is incurred, but Saitama Resona has nothing. I closed my account today.
