★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 南インド系のインドカレーとミールス。スパイス多めで辛め、塩味も濃いめのガッツリとした美味しいスパイスカレーです。
本日のカレー3種（マトンペッパー炒め、チキン、ココナッツベジ）のミールスで1400円＋日本米とインド米（ほうれん草のプラナ）のハーフ&ハーフで＋200円＝計1600円。
相方はカレー1種類チキンカレーミールスで1000円。
ミールスには14時までにはチャイが付きます。
他に、平飼い有精卵のスパイス目玉焼き150円も追加できます。
マトンは臭み無く柔らかく濃厚な味、カレーではなくブラックペッパーなどのスパイス炒め物。１時間も炒めるそうです。パクチー苦手ですがこれは大丈夫でした。美味しかった。
チキンとココナッツベジは基本のインドスパイスカレーで辛め。どれも大人の味です。
日本米は8部精米の胚芽米を固めに炊いたもの、インド米はターメリックとクミンで炒めたパリパリのチャーハンの様な感じでした。ここに丸まった豆粉の煎餅パパドもトッピング。
他にインドの味噌汁的なムングダルのターメリック煮物のサンバルもつきました。これが旨い！絶品です。これもパクチーあったけど無い方がいいかも。
添え物は辛子菜と水菜のサラダ、大根のアチャール、キャベツのアチャール、野菜の炒めものポリヤル
味変ディップソースのトマトのチャトニ
もついていました。
味変しながら最後まで楽しみました。美味しかったです。
 South Indian Indian curry and meals. It is a delicious spice curry that is spicy with a lot of spices and has a strong salty taste.
Today's curry 3 kinds (fried mutton pepper, chicken, coconut veggie) meals is 1400 yen + half & half of Japanese rice and Indian rice (spindle prana) +200 yen = 1600 yen in total.
One type of curry is chicken curry meals for 1000 yen.
Meals will be chai by 14:00.
In addition, you can add a spice fried egg of flat-bred fertilized eggs for 150 yen.
Mutton has a soft and rich taste without odor, and is a stir-fried spice such as black pepper instead of curry. It seems to fry for an hour. I'm not good at coriander, but this was okay. was delicious.
Chicken and coconut veggie are spicy with basic Indian spice curry. All are adult tastes.
Japanese rice was made by boiling rice with embryos of 8 parts, and Indian rice was like crispy fried rice fried with turmeric and cumin. The rolled bean flour rice cracker papad is also topped here.
There is also a sambal of Indian miso soup-like turmeric simmered in Mungdal. This is delicious! It is excellent. This also had coriander, but it might be better not to have it.
The side dishes are spicy and mizuna salad, radish achar, cabbage achar, and stir-fried vegetable poriyal.
Tomato chutney with taste-changing dip sauce
Was also attached.
I enjoyed it till the end while changing the taste. It was delicious.

駐車場はお店の前にあります。
カレーは思ったより辛かったです。
日替わりのおかずが、スパイスが感じられて海外の味だなと感じて良かったです?
メニュー表にはないけれど、子どものミールもあります。
確か700円とおっしゃっていたと思います。
通常のカレーは辛めなので、お子様はそちらを頼んだ方が良いと思いました。
14時までチャイがつくようです。

すご〜〜〜〜くわかりにくい住宅街の中にあります。ナビないと絶対見つけられません。
友人から「この店気になるから」と、いう代理突入隊としてお伺いしました！
もうね、ワタシの憧れの地、インドをコレでもか！と感じる…ってコロナで行けなくなって行けてないワタシが言うなとw
そんな感じです！

あっ、駐車場は目の前に4台。杉野ガッチガチ研究所号のタイヤ辺りにある緑の小さな看板が目印です。

The basmati rice and flavorful spices in the curry were just the right balance for a nice lunch.
I also loved how everything came in biodegradable containers - just the lids and bags were plastic but all the other containers can go in with our kitchen waste in the garden compost.
So glad to see this!
