★ ★ ★ ★ ★ たまに利用していて、洋菓子もあり便利だったのですが、先日注文をしてから随分と待たされ、その間に他のお客さんが何人も買って帰って行かれたので、個別で対応をするようになっているのかも知れませんが手が空いているならフォローして、待たせないのは客商売の鉄則だと思うのは年のせいかなと
こんな対応をされるなら今後は利用したくないです。
I used it once in a while and it was convenient because there were Western confectionery, but I had to wait a long time since I placed the order the other day, and during that time many other customers bought and went home, so I will respond individually. It may be like this, but if you have a free hand, follow it and think that it is the iron rule of customer business that you can not wait because of the age.

先ず、びっくりしたのが店内に入っても「いらっしゃいませー」の声が無い。店員が3～4名いたと思うが 1人だけ途中で すごく小さい声で「いらっしゃいませ」と…
こちらが、店内に入っても商品を見てる間 ずっと目で追われていた
(買わない客だと思われた？)祭日だというのに、ケーキの数が少ない 昼前だというのに…
そしてケーキにスプーンもフォークも付いていなかった。
本当に接客するつもりあるのか？もう二度と利用する事はない。

Are you really going to serve customers? Never use it again.
