薄焼の生地の上にキャベツなど具材を積み上げ、上からも生地をかけてひっくり返し両面焼く「名古屋式」のお好み焼きがよい。
常連になれば具材にメニューにないものを入れたりして、そういう相談も楽しい。（画像を参照。さて何でしょう）
おじいちゃんのポ～っとした雰囲気ときりきり働くおばちゃんの空気も味のうち。子供の要望を聞いてどんどん増えていったというメニューを見て、正体を考えたりおばちゃんに聞いたり。
あ。メニューにアルコール類はありませんが…ごほごほっ プシュ～
