何かあったのでしょうか？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1年ほど前にカットを頼んだ際、カット終了の連絡が来るのが遅く不思議に思っていたところ、カットから帰ってきた犬の首と腹部にハサミで切れた跡があり、首の方は毛で隠すようにしてありました。犬を迎えに行った際には何も言われず家に連れて帰ってから気付いたので電話したのですがその際の対応もとても悪かったです。
新人の方がカットしたからだとのことでしたが、こちら側が気付くまで謝罪も何も無くとても悲しかったです。ので、それからは違う店舗でカットを頼んでいます。
When I asked for a cut about a year ago, I was wondering that the end of the cut was late, but there were scissors on the neck and abdomen of the dog that came back from the cut, and the neck was cut. I tried to hide it with hair. When I picked up my dog, I wasn't told anything and I noticed it after I took it home, so I called, but the response was very bad.
It was said that it was because the newcomer cut it, but I was very sad without any apology until this side noticed. So, after that, I'm asking for a cut at a different store.

自分が入院する際、犬が高齢な為ペットホテルを何軒も断われ、ダメ元で相談させてもらった所、事情が事情なのでと快く預かって下さいました。
先日もトリミングに出した際、お預かりもして頂いて、１年ぶりに父のお墓参りに行く事が出来ました。
愛犬がシニアなので、長時間の移動が心配でした。
預かって頂いて本当に助かりました。
今回も可愛くシャンプーカットして頂きました^_^
