鮨一つ一つに細かな職人さんの技が光っております。
値段はやはり少し高級なのですが、満足度はそれを上回ると思います♪
 I haven't been there lately since I moved, but I definitely enjoy top-notch sushi! !!
Each sushi is shining with the fine craftsmanship.
The price is still a little expensive, but I think the satisfaction level will exceed that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 引っ越してきてから10年以上お邪魔しています。味の安定度は十分満足しています。(腕と良いもの使ってるんでしょうね、お値段もそれなりとなる。)昼のランチが意外とお得だとコロナ禍で判明。
I have been in the way for over 10 years since I moved. I am fully satisfied with the stability of the taste. (Maybe you're using good things with your arms, and the price is reasonable.) It turned out that the lunch at lunch was surprisingly good.

手仕事で大口の仕事…というが、それを言うなら予約をとってはいけないです。
ちなみに、遅れる連絡もなし。プロじゃない。

老舗感あふれる店内のカウンターで握りたての鮨を堪能しました。
注文したのは
鮨ランチ定食
まずはサラダが出てきて、順にネタが目の前に並ばれていきます。
マグロ
ブリ、イカ、コハダ、シメサバ、ホタテ、出汁巻卵、かっぱ巻きのラインナップ
順々に新鮮なネタが登場します。
握りたてのネタの新鮮度と旨味、また良質なネタもこれまたお酒との相性も抜群です！
良いランチ飯でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クリスマスの日に訪問しました。やはり混んでいました。5時からでしたが、飲みながら、時々注文して終わったら、9時になっていました。こんなに居座っていたのに、あっという魔でした。突き出しは数の子。自家製のカラスミがあるというので、頂きました。塩気が控え気味でおいしかったです。サヨリやたいをたのみましたが、圧巻は締め鯖でした。浅く締めてあり、抜群の味でした。棒寿司にしたかった。板さんは若く、どちらかといえば寡黙ですが、腕はいいです。

随分前から気になっていたお店で、かなり長い間地元の方に愛されているお店だと思います。
最初に光り物のつまみをお願いしましたが、素晴らしい仕事でした。
シンコのつまみは今まで食べた中でも最上級でした。
他にも色々とオーダーしましたが、コスパも良くとても気持ちの良い晩ごはんになりました。
