★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私はかつて、首が直ぐに疲れる症状に悩まされました。今から思うと、私は強い指圧が好きでした。強く押されることが効くと思っていました。
先生いわく、首は体の部分で1番デリケートな部分なので、力を入れた分だけ反動で更に詰まったり直ぐに戻りやすくなるとのことです。ここのやり方はソフトで弱目のやり方です。物足りなさを感じてましたが、通っていくうちに首も辛くならなくなりました。いつのまにかマッサージに行く必要もなくなり、今はたまに疲れを感じた時に通うくらいです。
もう、十五年の付き合いですが、今から思うと先生に出会わなからば今頃どうなっていたか、ゾッとします。これからも宜しくお願いします。
