健	健司 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 震災関連施設を訪れるのは、気仙沼の東日本大震災遺構•伝承館、陸前高田の東日本大震災津波伝承館に次いで3カ所目です。前の二つの施設と比べると規模は小さいですが、おもむきの違う施設だと思いました。前者は震災の遺構や映像を軸にした施設なのに対し、ここはいわゆる“釜石の奇跡“と呼ばれた、その答えがこの「いのちをつなぐ未来館」にしっかりと詰まっていると思います。この鵜住居地区では震災前から防災教育に取り組んでいたそうで、それをしっかりと積み重ね、そして実践した（出来た）ということが本当に凄いことだと思うし、結果たくさんの人の命を救ったということはまぎれもない事実です。それは、津波からいのちを守るため　①想定にとらわれない　②その状況下において最善をつくす　③率先避難者たれ　という「避難三原則」を掲げ、命の教育に取り組んできた、まさに成果だと思いました。最近の日本は大雨や台風によって甚大な災害が各地で起きています。この避難三原則は津波だけではなくそのほかの災害時にも応用できるものだと思います。今は新型コロナウィルスのため訪れる人も少ないようですが、ぜひ訪れてほしい施設だと思います。 This is the third visit to the facilities related to the earthquake, following the Great East Japan Earthquake Relics Museum in Kesennuma, and the Great East Japan Earthquake Tsunami Museum in Rikuzentakata. の	のらねこかず on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 21/4/12 訪問。津波に呑まれた防災センター跡地に建つ伝承施設です。この建物は２階の天井間際まで浸水し、多くの人々が命を落としました。その経緯と釜石の被災状況を知る事が出来ます。津波危険地域にあった、あくまで一時避難所に過ぎななかった施設。にも関わらず「防災センター」という名前から安心して避難した人々。錯覚と思い込みを責める事は出来ないでしょう。施設は住民の要望で取り壊され、祈りのパークとなり、隣接地に未来館が建てられました。隣には、商業施設の、うのすまいトモスも出来ました。どうすれば被害を減らせるか。検討すべき１つの事例です。 21/4/12 Visit. Sadly all the exposition is only in Japanese and could find only 2 pamphlet/guides in English, but none of these related to the Memorial Hall. There are more things that only the one related to the disaster, such us souvenirs from the former Rugby World Cup that also got this city's stadium on its schedule. I'm pretty sad that my Japanese isn't enough and I think you have to consider passing by if you're one of mine.
