入り口が若干分かりづらいですが、自分で作ったのはすごく美味しいですね

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 972円で、冷麺の麺作り、トッピンク及びその場で、完成品を食べれます。園児から大人まで楽しめる施設。エプロン準備～麺作り～トッピンクまで約20分、食べる時間はそれぞれ。
練りがあまく、完成度が低いと思われる生地も、麺にするとちゃんとした冷麺に仕上がって、美味しく頂くことが出来ました。
施設の管理や職員さん等の維持費(お隣の製造工場は除いて)を考えると、ぴょんぴょん舎さんは間違いなく赤字だと思うけれど、たぶん、盛岡への恩返しなんだろうなと、感じます。
At 972 yen, you can eat the finished product at the cold noodle making, toppingk and on the spot. A facility that can be enjoyed by children and adults. Apron preparation ~ Noodle making ~ Topping for about 20 minutes, eating time each.
The dough, which is considered to be well-kneaded, has a low degree of completion, but when it comes to noodles, it can be finished with a good cold noodle and served deliciously.
Given the management costs of facilities and the maintenance costs of staff (except for the manufacturing plant next door), I think it's definitely a deficit, but I think it's probably a return to Morioka.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can make your own noodles here. It was so much fun for the kids to make the noodles themselves and then ate their own products in the end. The cold noodle is one of the signature food in Morioka so it’s a must-try when you visit the Handcrafts Village.
