e	eri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 《出汁の効いた本格的な和食》平日12時頃にランチ行きました。パラパラとお客さんが入ってきましたが、満員というほどではなく、落ち着いて食事が出来ました。今回はえびす御膳1800円(メインは天麩羅か焼魚で選べます)を頂きましたが、一品一品丁寧に調理されており、なんと焼魚は骨が全て取ってありました！付け合わせもよくある味ばかり濃いものとは異なり、出汁がしっかり効いていて、久々にちゃんとした和食を食べられ、満足です。もう少しお安ければなあ〜別途単品でだし巻き卵を注文されていた方も多く、次回チャレンジしたいと思います。《Authentic Japanese food with soup stock》 We went for lunch around 12:00 on weekdays. Fluttered and customers came in, but it was not full but calm and could eat. This time I got Ebisu Gozen 1800 yen (mainly you can choose tempura or grilled fish), but each dish has been carefully cooked, and all the grilled fish had bones! 稲	稲木正美 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お誕生日に夜のコースを頂きました。さすが『だしの店』です。季節がら土瓶蒸しは、松茸の香りとだしがきいて、心にしみしみでした。前菜・椀・造り・焼き物・煮物・揚げ物・御飯・水菓子です。どれもおいしいですが、ご飯は１テーブル１つの土鍋で焚いた今回は松茸ご飯。食べきれないご飯は持ち帰れます。今月是非もう一度松茸がある間に伺います。 I had an evening course on my birthday. 砂	砂原裕 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5年程前より、何度か利用しています。店内は座席数も多く、前日でも予約が出来ました。料理の種類は少な目ですが、どれも良く味付けがされており、美味しく頂けます。エビスの生ビールが有るのも大変有り難いです。スタッフの皆さんはいつも忙しそうにしておられますが、愛想が良くとても感じの良い方ばかりです。 I have been using it several times since about 5 years ago. There are many seats in the store, and I was able to make a reservation even the day before. There are only a few types of dishes, but they are all well seasoned and delicious. I am very grateful to have Ebisu draft beer. The staff are always busy, but they are all friendly and very pleasant.
