配管代についての説明もされていないのに支払い請求を受けました。確認したら契約書すら交わしていませんでした。
結局法的処置に出ると言われて、こちらが折れて負担することになりました。13万円以上の出費です。
「ガス屋の窓口」を通じてガス会社を変更しました。新しく契約したガス会社さんはとても親切です。
配管代は新しいガス会社さんが負担してくれるということになっているのに、支払い催告書まで届きました。書面には「再三要求しているのに払ってない」と記載がありましたが、そもそも今までなんの連絡もありません。
念の為確認したところ、やはり新しいガス会社さんが負担することになっていました。嫌がらせですかね。
催告書だすならきちんと確認してからにしましょうね。

We changed the gas company through the "Gas shop window". The newly contracted gas company is very kind.
The plumbing fee was supposed to be borne by the new gas company, but I received the payment notice. The document stated that "I have requested it repeatedly, but I have not paid it", but I have not received any contact in the first place.
When I checked it just in case, the new gas company was supposed to bear the burden. Is it harassment?
If you want to send out a notification form, make sure to check it properly.
