息子に頼んでテイクアウトも何回かしましたが
やはり鉄板の上でいただくのが美味しいです。
平日に伺いましたがお客さんは多かったです。

丸くない明石焼きからスタートし豚玉、すじ玉
焼きそば、塩タン、鳥セセリ梅肉等
お腹一杯食べましたよ！

鉄板焼もお好み焼きも一品も外れのないお店です。
難点は駐車場が無いことくらいです。
接客も若い店員さん達が気持ちよく対応してくれます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ つくしの明石焼きは、玉子焼きです！本当に美味しいです。私は途中からソースがけでお出汁に付けて味変します。子どもの頃からの食べ方です。
Tsukushi's Akashiyaki is tamagoyaki! It's really delicious. I add the sauce to the soup stock from the middle and change the taste. It's been eaten since I was a child.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 豚モダン のランチセット頂きました。モダン焼き って場所によって大分違うんですね そばが、普通の焼きそば入ってました。大きなキャベツと共に笑 お好み焼きの部分は柔らか目 分離して少し食べにくかったです笑 ランチのごはんはおにぎり一つ二つか？普通のどんぶりめしを選べました。ソースもどろソース バラソース 店オリジナルのつくしソースが選べました。
店の女性はかなりフレンドリーでした笑

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 15年振りに訪れた場所は、お好み焼きになっていました。
各テーブル毎に透明のパーテーションがあり、個室風のお座敷もあります。
砂肝とお好み焼きを頼みました。料理して運んでくれるので、初心者でも安心です。
テーブルの鉄板も火を入れて貰えるので、食べ終わるまで熱々です。
お好み焼きは、ちゃんぽんと言うのを頼みました。関東のミックスですね！
タコやイカ豚など具材がゴロゴロ入っており、お好み焼きも肉厚で、最近食べた中では一番美味しかったです。
お店も、新しい訳じゃ無いけど、キチンと整頓されていて綺麗でした。また機会があれば来たいですね。
