細かいところまで希望が多かった私たちですが、打ち合わせでは毎回時間をかけて共有、検討してくださり、思い描いた通りの住まいを作っていただきました。
また、自然素材の家の快適さに驚いています。子供に優しく、大人にはホッとさせてくれる空間、無垢の木や珪藻土は素晴らしいんだなと生活をしてみて改めて感じています。

マイホーム計画にあたり、大手ハウスメーカーをはじめいくつか検討させていただきましたが、規模が大きくなると窓口が複数に渡り、自分たちの気持ちが伝えづらいと思い、地元に根づいた工務店さんを探しました。
ツクダ工務店さんは妻がインスタグラムの投稿で見つけ、お問い合わせさせていただきました。
土地探しは協力会社さんで探していただきましたが、スムーズに進行いただけました。土地勘のあまりない地域での検討だったため、地元ならではの情報も多く提供いただけたのは助かりました。
家づくりについては、こちらの細かな要望にも柔軟にご対応いただけました。個人的には、打ち合わせでお話する方が直接設計や現場にも直面している方だったので、できる・できないのレスポンスが早かったのは自分たちには合っていたと思います。
結果「コンパクトでシンプルな住まい」となり非常に気に入ってます。
完成をそれほど急がず基本はお任せしたい方にはピッタリな工務店さんだと思います。

We consulted on land search + custom-built housing.
In planning my home, I considered several things including a major house maker, but as the scale became larger, there were multiple windows, and I thought it would be difficult to convey my feelings, so I searched for a local construction company. rice field.
Tsukuda Carpentry was found by his wife on an Instagram post and contacted us.
The land search was done by a cooperating company, but it went smoothly. Since the study was conducted in an area where I didn't know much about the land, it was helpful to be able to provide a lot of information unique to the local area.
Regarding house building, we were able to flexibly respond to these detailed requests. Personally, the person who talked at the meeting was the one who directly faced the design and the site, so I think that it was suitable for us that the response that we could and could not do was quick.
The result is a "compact and simple home" and I really like it.
I think that it is a perfect construction shop for those who want to leave the basics to us without rushing to complete it.
