担当者が無責任すぎる。名ばかりで、ガッカリ。
建てる前に一緒に近所の方に挨拶に行くかもと思ったら、トラブル時対処できないでしょ、しないで下さいと言われた。最中は、進行状況の確認にも行き、その際近所の方に会うことがある。その対応は、おかしい。また、トラブル時に相手方に直接謝罪に行くかと思ったら、電話対応のみ。たまたま、行った際に、被害にあわれた方に困っていると言われ驚いた。建て始めると一ヶ月以上連絡なく、とても不安。とても、後悔。
追記 雪が隣の方に迷惑にならないか再三確認したのにもかかわらず、雪が隣の敷地におちる。外壁にぶつかります。これから、何十年も続くかと思えば、うんざり。本当に残念。
