O	Olesya Orchid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and cozy onsen. There are different kinds of baths (not many, but still). The restaurant inside onsen servers goos Japanese style food. The only minus is that the water doesn't seem to be natural mineral water.... Beside that, everything is fine.

M	Maria S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff from the onsen insisted that I had a tattoo on my back when I came into the onsen. But I wore a closed t-shirt, the staff couldn't see my back. This woman wanted to go with me to the toilet to see my back and control me to put a sticker on the tattoo! Even when I said that I wanted to go to the restaurant before, she said that I'm not allowed TO EAT without a sticker UNDER my t-shirt, and she wanted to go with me and see my back. I'm a client, I didn't do anything against the law, but I was treated like a prisoner at that place. I came to relax, but I felt so offended and tired instead. I don't advise this place, there is no any service, and workers are very arrogant.
e	elena nochkina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a super frustrating experience. Primarily because of rude personnel who do not care to respect their customers and are totally unprofessional. The lady at the reception did not bother to be even close to polite, made several embarrassing and disrespectful comments that were totally inappropriate. I regret picking that place because my day was simply ruined and will not recommend this place to anyone who has sense of self-respect and dignity.

But, if you visit here and also enter to the dressing room (in particular the timing of jammed visitors), you will be exhausted by the wetting floor that was dripped by other visitors. In addition, this spa also treated service of ”frequently points” for visitors. But, if your saved points has been reached to the any value , it will be automatically used and any service might be printed out with receipt without any introducing. Cause of the system , I could not be received at the timing of saving point for receiving prize with my disposed receipt. (I think this service is "no meaning" at all.)

The servants can come very close and look into your closet while you are naked. Is this normal in Japan? Much is prohibited - you cannot drink from bottles next to the shelves for things. Everyone drinks near the cupboards, and because of this, there is always a crowd. The staff comments on trifles but ignores people who sit in the bathroom with their hair loose. Also, there are a lot of people who ignore the shower before the bath.
