エイブルの店名だけど、本当に態度が最悪すぎてびっくりした 態度悪い、連絡返さない、さっき言ってた話と変わってる。 他のレビュワーの評価が悪いけど、その通りとしか言いようのない悪さ。 こんなところに賃貸を任せられない、悪徳業者の一歩手前としか言いようがない。 例えようがないけど、自分が知ってる中ではラーメン二郎の接客の50倍くらい悪い こんな接客で店舗が継続できていること自体不思議でしかならない! ここは不動産界の接客ワースト1位に間違いない!!

他の仲介業者を探してください。 今後物件探しをすることになってもここにはお願いしません。 担当者の再三たる不手際で疲れました。 最初にいくつか提案してもらった物件があったが、部屋同士が離れている方がいい、などの要望を伝えると、「なるほど」。 その要望を踏まえての追加の提案はナシ。 こちらは県外から引っ越しての部屋探し。お金もかかるし、最善の選択をしたいのに…。 (ここに入店してしまった時点で「最善」ではなくなりましたが。) 内見を現地集合にしてもらっても、言っていた時間から平気で遅れてくる。それに対しての謝罪もなし。 散々揉めたあと、不本意ながら契約することになったが、書類に書き漏れがあったからもう一度来て欲しい、振込の項目を記入し忘れたからいくら追加で振り込んで欲しい、など、あとからあとから連絡がきた。 こんなにスムーズにいかなかった契約ははじめて。

ここの従業員は態度も説明も最悪です。嘘ばっかり。嘘を指摘すると、また新たな嘘でごまかす。頭に来たのですぐに知り合いの不動産会社に電話し、エイブル熊谷店が酷いと伝えましたが、ここは昔から超が付くほど接客態度がひどく、不動産会社の中では酷い接客態度で有名だそうです。仕事しない従業員の集まりだそうです。しかし、可愛い何でも信じそうな女の子の客(カモ)がいるとテキトーな嘘を言い、しつこく絶対に契約まで繋げるが、そうでない客なら無視するそうです。女性の連絡先を取得して何かしていてもおかしくないですね。本当に信用できないです。こんな不動産会社が存在しているなんて信じられないし従業員の方を軽蔑します。色々お疲れ様です。

エイブル自体は初めて利用しました。物件を地方で探すのは初めてだったので、いろいろ不動産やさんもまわってました。口コミが最悪だなぁと思って行ったので正直期待はしてませんでしたが、担当の方が一生懸命探してくださったので、悪くなかったです。対応はわりと迅速だったので、口コミで言うようなことはなかったです。担当の方がお休みの日も別スタッフが代わりに連絡をしてくださったりと非常に丁寧にやって頂きました。 愛想は確かにないのでなんとなく冷たい感じはありましたが、それはエイブルに限らず熊谷どこの不動産やさんもみんなそうでしたね… 電話対応は良くないみたいですね。基本終始メールのやりとりのみでした。 駅前なので、駐車場はないです。なので、北口駅前の有料駐車場を利用するのをおすすめします。

接客態度がすこぶる悪い。はじめて物件を見たくて足を運んだが、女性が対応。窓口でさんざいろんな話(物件の条件、家賃、場所)をしているうちに、口調も悪くなる。実際に中身を見て決めたかったにも関わらず、すぐに契約の話になるし。 もし、訪れるかたがいましたら、接客態度やらがもう悪いことをご理解しての来客をおすすめします!

ライフラインである水が止まることが2回立て続けにトータル1週間生じ、赤ちゃんもいる中、怖いため2年で引っ越します。私はこの不動産の賃貸マンションに住んでおり、この2年間、たまに水の出が悪くなることがありました。(ちなみに、紹介ではトイレにウォシュレットありでしたが、ウォシュレットはあるものの、接続する水道管自体がなく、コンビニで用を足す状況も当初あり)昨年末、2日以上断水となり、全12世帯(私以外にも赤ちゃん連れ世帯あり)、大変な騒ぎでした。この時、この不動屋に連絡し、業者は来たものの、給水ユニットの手前にある、断水時使用する緊急用の立水栓(これが開いていれば、大きな事態にはなっていない)のカギは業者ではもっていない(当たり前ですが)ため、実質外泊でようを済ます事態に。その1日後、再度断水、この断水時もこの不動産は断水の事態を軽く見ているようで、連絡していない?のか大家も含め、誰もカギを開けに来ない。おそらく、カギの把握もできていないと推測。2回目の断水時の業者いわく、「かなり大変」だと、住民に愚痴を出す始末。この2回目の断水が長く、結果まともな工事が完了するまで全1週間断水が続くことに。顔も出さない、連絡もない(こちらは不動産屋にたびたび連絡)、断水時の立水栓も結果意味をなさず、赤ちゃんをつれ外泊。それを引っ越し前に不動産屋につげたところ、何時何分どのような状況だったか、文書と写真で証拠を出せという始末。こちらは金銭的にも大変だったにもかかわらず、無関係の一点張り。他の赤ちゃん世帯とも協力し、本来管理側でやるべき工事の連絡や、復旧、水の確保に奔走したことが本当にばからしいです。住民は泣き寝入りです。あとは、業者が住民に頭を下げる姿が可哀そうでした。このような被害が出ないことを祈るばかりです。もし、この不動産屋でトラブルがあったら、一切信用せず、他の世帯と協力して対応することが事態収拾のカギです、
