The stay was definitely worth the price paid. Exterior appearance: Historic hotel in Kaminoyama city area Outside view from the room I stayed at: Residential area of Kaminoyama city.

If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the big cities, this is a great place to kick back and relax.

You are within walking distance to just about anything you could want to do. On the whole - the place was very clean. From the cleaner to ***agement everybody was happy to help.

Bed was super comfortable - none of us wanted to get out of bed the next morning. We definitely got value for our money. Lobby looks nice. Employees went out of their way to accommodate us.

The fridge stocked with drinks to avoid missing anything into the night. Tsukioka Hotel is home away from Home
G	Gloria L. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved our stay! We spent two nights here in a Japanese styled room. Both breakfast and dinner are buffet style and are absolutely delicious. The room was spacious and quiet. The onsen was large with an outdoor onsen. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly. There is also a pick up service between the hotel and the station. When we were there, we also each received 5K yen worth of coupon which we exchanged for free lift tickets to Zao onsen ski resort. Would absolutely love to stay there again!
