I can't help but ask this bureaucracy where to complain, talk directly with myself, and take the word to examine the exam opportunity again. If I didn't move, I was crying. This should be the first thing that the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare that received the complaint should move first. I think that is common sense, but I was not able to communicate with officials of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.
