修理は業者に頼まず自分たちがホームセンターなどで購入してきて素人レベルの修繕しか対応しない。最低な管理会社。
 Anyway terrible. There is no rental management.
For repairs, they do not rely on contractors, but they purchase them at home centers and deal with only amateur-level repairs. The lowest management company.

キレ気味、喧嘩腰
電話で顔が見えないからと言って
受ける時、切る時、マナー きちんとできるように頑張ってください。
こちらの事を分からないこと、壊れた時にしか電話しないクレーマーと思っているのでしょうが、それが貴方たちの仕事でしょう。

Saying that you can't see your face on the phone
When receiving, cutting, and manners, please do your best to be able to do it properly.
If you don't know this, you're thinking of a Kramer who only calls when it's broken, but that's your job.

修理依頼や苦情も真面目に取り合わない
仕事すらしてくれないのになぜ高額な管理費を払ってるのか意味がわからない
