リサイクル品では有りますが、補修してあり使用する分には全く問題有りません。
 It can be purchased at a much lower price than a normal purchase such as a wheelchair.
Although it is a recycled product, it has been repaired and there is no problem at all.

There is a [Wheelchair Hospital] that sells, maintains, cleans, repairs punctures, and picks up wheelchairs that are no longer needed. The wheelchair is second hand, but it was a surprise price from 5,000 yen! ️
