At this Ninohe factory, the manufacturing department only works overtime for 3 hours almost every day. A shit company that doesn't raise salary and has been working for about 15 years, but the basic salary is 160,000 or so, and even though they work overtime for 40 hours, they can't get 200,000. You had better not join the company.
