★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 国民保険の手続きに行ったのですが、女性が対応したのですがわからなかったらしく男性が対応しました。この人敬語使えないし、しゃべりかたが人をバカにしている。
しかも他の職員暇なのか、4人も近くにきて人の話しに聞き耳たててる。
すごく不愉快でした。

It was very unpleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナワクチンの予約を母親がメールで予約したが接種当日病院へ行くとワクチンがなくなり市役所にすべて任せていると言われた。
市役所に行くと何回固定電話に電話したと言われたがメールで予約したとき何かあったらメールで連絡が来ると書いていたし、日中は仕事をしていて携帯も電話も出られない状態で市役所方でも電話だけでなく手紙などで連絡を取れたのでわないかと思う。
もう少し考えて欲しい。
休みをわざわざ取ったのに当日行ってわかったので無駄になった。
市役所は信用できない。
