★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2年前の話ですが鍵の交換をしていないのか、入居後2,3日目に知らない人が入って来た。鍵が空いた瞬間の音、、一生忘れません。慌てて連絡してもその鍵を責任持って破棄すると言うだけで交換は無し。クソみたいな不動産なので関わらない方が良いです。

Even if you contact us in a hurry, you will be responsible for discarding the key and there will be no exchange. It's a fucking real estate so it's better not to get involved.
