職員さんも古い方が多いですが、介護魂のある施設だと思います。
利用者の事をかんがえてくれて、家族の信頼もあります。
地域に根ざしたいい施設だと思います。
 It is a nursing home established around the time of the former Katsuta.
Many of the staff are old, but I think it is a facility with a long-term care spirit.
They think about the users and have the trust of their families.
I think it is a good facility rooted in the community.
