平成３年に国道１号線沿いに建立。自然石の石灯篭では日本一の大きさを誇り、旧宿場町土山のシンボルになっています。夜間は火袋が点灯し、往来する人々の安全を祈願しています。高さ9.33m、重量156.8tもあります。

三重方面から青土ダムへ向かう際はコレが目印になります。
