可	可世木輝子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ３年前にトイレ２か所、２年前にキッチンのリフォームを重兵衛さんに施工していただき、気になっていた浴室、洗面所のリフォームを他社に見積もりを依頼することも考えましたが、それも正直、面倒だったので今回も重兵衛さんにお願いしました。工事が混んでいて３か月待ったのですが、工事の前日にも担当者から「明日から工事入るので、よろしくお願いします」との連絡もなく、常識的に連絡を入れるのが妥当ではないかと思いました。浴室、洗面所のリフォームの工事を５日間、こちらの仕事も休みを取らなければならない不自由さもあり、これはしようがないことですが、浴室のリフォーム、LIXIL アライズKタイプを依頼したのにも関わらず、工事業者が帰った後、点検するとグレードが落ちるタイプに施工されており、担当者に連絡し、業者が間違えたという言語道断の工事に腹が立ちました。重兵衛さんにとっては数多い客の中にはそういうミスは何でもないことかもしれませんが、業者にファックスを送るだけではなく、きちんと連絡を密にとって客の立場にたって誠意をもってほしいと思います。それから約１か月ほど待ち、浴室のグレードアップの工事が明日、施工されるという前日に壁のパネルの一部が業者の元に入荷されていないという連絡が担当者から入り、「工事を２日に分けてやるか、後日１日でやるか」という趣旨の内容で１か月待たせて、何をやっていたのか言語道断の気持ちでいっぱいです。工事費約200万円を投じて重兵衛さんに託した客の気持ちがわかりますか？ここの口コミは皆さん、いいことばかり投稿されていますが、私のような客もいることも事実です。社長にもこういう嫌な思いをした客がいることを知ってもらいと思います。
