診察はスムーズで、的確に処置してもらえます。
診察当日に保険証を提出したのに、病院で内容を控え忘れたようで、２ヶ月も経過してから確認の電話が来ました。
保険証が変わる前の番号が知りたいと言われ、自分で職場まで問い合わせをする等の余計な手間を掛けさせられたので☆マイナスです。
（このやり取りで30分以上ロス。）
