はっきり言って人によって態度変えすぎて本当にイライラする。
本当は事細かに詳しく書きたいけど実家でまだお世話になってると思うので身バレしないように(私は身バレしても構わないけど)詳しくは書きませんが残します。
名前は言いませんが、眉毛がほとんど無く眼鏡をかけてる人の対応にずっとイライラしてて、今までは家族の事を考えて我慢してましたが私が我慢する意味も正直無いので。
私なにかしたかな？と思うくらい態度が悪いし、上から目線で睨んでくるし不快でしかない。
私はもう利用もしないしお世話にもなりません。
家族の1人もその露骨すぎる態度を見て昔からお世話になってたけど印象が変わったがっかりしたと言ってました。
これが私の誤解してる部分があるのだとすれば、一応接客業なわけですし、もう少し接客勉強した方がいいですよ。
その態度は誤解しかうみません。
あとここでトリミングお願いした時にうちの子の爪が皮膚に当たると痛かったので確認したら殆どの爪がボロボロになってて割れてました。
他のドッグサロンでお願いしてもこんな状態でかえされた事は無いです。どうやって爪を切ればあんなボロボロになるのか疑問ですが...。驚きました。
人を馬鹿にした態度と物言い、接客も不快だし私はもう絶対にお願いしない。

That attitude is misleading.
Also, when I asked for trimming here, it hurt when my child's nails hit the skin, so when I checked, most of the nails were tattered and cracked.
Even if I ask at another dog salon, I have never been returned in such a state. I'm wondering how to cut my nails to make it so tattered ... I was surprised.
I say that I have made a fool of people, and the customer service is unpleasant, so I will never ask.
