聡	聡（サイフォン） on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 図書館自体初めてですが、本を10冊まで2週間借りれるとの事を聞いて行ってきました！専用のパーキングに車を停めて、20分無料。過ぎる場合は受付に駐車券を出して何時間か付けてもらえる。ジャンルが広くてCDやDVDもあって、旅行、山登り、料理の本を借りました！室内はとても綺麗で係員さんにこの本を探しているって言えば丁寧に案内してくれます！ツタヤ、GEOなどで立ち読みしてましたが、静かでここで座って読むのもアリ（笑）休館日は基本月曜日で、本の片付け等がある時はまとめて休みを取るみたいです。 This is the first time for the library itself, but I heard that you can rent up to 10 books for 2 weeks! 3	3180 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2017年に完成した市立図書館。土浦駅に隣接しJR利用者のほか車での来館も可。 ?は一定時間は無料で利用でき、満車の場合でも土浦駅周辺にある市営駐車場と提携し同じく一定時間は無料で利用できます。駐車券を忘れずに館内へ持参し、入館時と退館時の2回印字してもらう必要があり少し不便です。 ?は3階から図書館へ繋がっています。入り口が少しわかりづらいですが、駅方面のエスカレーターがある方向にあります。土浦市民だけでなく市外在住でも、図書館の利用カード登録（無料）をすれば貸出をうけることができます。利用カード登録は各フロアにある受付で行い、本人確認できる運転免許証などを持参すれば数分で完了します。館内には長テーブルやイスが点在しており、読書やお勉強する学生の姿が散見されます? テーブルにはコンセントがありスマホやPCの給電も可能で便利です? 蔵書検索は各フロアに設置されたデスクトップPCで検索可能なほか、図書館のWebページからも検索、予約、延長などが可能。本自体は移転前のものもありすべてが新品ではありません。 Municipal library completed in 2017. セ	セコイ将棋オヤジ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新しく出来たので見に行ってみた。という図書館であったが、良い意味で想像を大きく裏切った図書館である。行く前はレベル的には良くて八千代市立中央図書館や、埼玉県の北本市立図書館と想像していたが、（無論、この２つの図書館もレベルは相当高いが。）これに加えてさらに地名度の高い大和シリウス、武蔵野プレイス、海老名市立中央図書館、川崎市立中原図書館と比較しても施設や設備（自動貸出機、ブックシャワー、電源席、フリーwifiなど）では全く遜色がない。ほぼ駅ビルと言っても良い駅前広場に立地し、市役所や文化会館と隣接する立地の良さは、コンパクトシティを実現する市の明確な志向を反映しているものと言える。現代の図書館でニーズの高い学習機能も高く、スペースの活用などの点でも良く設計されている。JFMAのファシリティ大賞を受賞してもおかしくない。正直、欠点が見当たらない施設である。休日に訪れたが驚くべきことにこのような素晴らしい図書館の学習席に空きがあった。全国は勿論。地元からももっと注目されて良い図書館であるのではないか？足りないとすれば、そのPR不足だけである。今後の運営面の更なる充実に期待したい。 I made it so I went to see it. W	Watanabe Takeshi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土浦市の駅隣の図書館です。2年前に出来たばかりで館内はとても大きく綺麗です。図書館によくある独特の嫌な空気の臭いはしません。ゆっくり読書をしたい時は午前中がお薦めです。各フロアーに読書をするスペースがあり、また本などで調べ事をするための机も十分にあります。それも全てまだ新しいままです。３階には学習できるスペースもあり高校帰りの生徒さんもこれを利用しているようです。雑誌等もかなり多くあり週刊誌・月刊誌とも充実しています。小さな子供が本を読むスペースも広く取ってあり、本を楽しめる子供にするのには最適な場所かと思います。残念な点は、駅隣でも終了する時間が20時と早く、祝祭日は更に速く19時になってしまいます。公営なので仕方ありませんが、あと1時間遅くするともっと利用価値が上がるかなと思います。 It is a library next to the station of Tsuchiura City. ハ	ハッピーエンド on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2017年オープンの市立図書館。以前の図書館が老朽化の為駅前の1等地に新たに竣工。こちらへは交通機関利用が１番便利だ。立体駐車場も併設してるが時として、入庫出来ず道に待ってる事も多々あるが、周辺指定駐車場ならサービスを受けられる。時間を気にせず利用できるのはありがたい。1階に展示等も可能なスペースがあり個展を催す事も多い。市民が他の市町村に誇れる施設である。利用に際しては臨時休館も現在多く発生しているので、出かける前事前に問い合わせると良いだろう。またホームページからの確認も忘れずに… Municipal library opened in 2017.
