流通サービスに委託していた頃は、センターから出るとき一時停止を守っていたが、アシストに委託してからは、安全管理がされて居ないのか、歩道を横切るのに止まらない、本線の車に対し急で危険な割込(斜め合流)をしてくる。挨拶は一切せず、割込み後はチンタラ走る嫌がらせのオマケ付き。
センター近くのクリエイト付近を法定速度を守って走ると、一時停止を無視するコープトラックに必ず煽られます。
コープ神奈川に直接苦情を言うと、コープ神奈川のセンター副責任者を名乗る人物から電話があるが、運転については、アシストに委任しているので･･･を繰り返し指導は全くしていない模様。一度、アシストの責任者？が応対した事があったが、汚い言葉で罵られ、文句あるのか！と言われました。

マンション敷地内でエンジン回して弁当食べていた人は、直接動かすように依頼しても断られたので、コープ神奈川のセンター経由で苦情を入れ、担当トラックに無線を入れて貰ってやっと車を出す事が出来ました。
他にも見通しの悪いカーブなのに、歩道にトラック駐車。歩行者や自転車が車道を歩かざる、危険な場所もあります。
