街ぶらしながら・・いつも気になってお店の前を通ります。行ってみた〜いお店、ひとりで入る勇気がなく・・コロナ禍が落ち着いたら家族で行ってみたいと思ってま〜す。^_^
While wandering around the city ... I'm always curious and pass in front of the shop. I didn't have the courage to go to the store I wanted to go to ... I'd like to go with my family when the corona sickness calms down. ^ _ ^

鉄板60年の年期が有るからこそ、あの味が出るそうです。女将さんの誘導で肉焼きそばが肉イカ焼きそばの大盛りになりましたが、言われる通りあっさりしているのでペロッと完食出来ました。運転手で飲めなかったので、次は飲める段取りで、焼きそば以外の鉄板メニューも頂きながら、女将さんとのトークも楽しみたいです。

這裡的炒麵、お好み焼き都很好吃,因為是用50年歷史的超級鐵板煎的! 老闆娘年紀大了,動作快不起來,因此不建議趕時間的客人,但是如果是像我一樣有閒的外國遊客,請考慮來嚐嚐。老闆娘很喜歡跟客人聊天,就算像我日語不佳也沒關係,重要的是那份熱忱。
The fried noodles here and the oysters are delicious, because they are fried with a 50-year-old super iron plate! The boss is older and can't move fast, so it is not recommended for guests who are in a hurry, but if you are a foreigner like me, please consider it. 40年ほど通っていますが ママはまったく変わらず、店内は昭和のままです。 時間前に来店したら、ホースと水道を貸してもらい 店の前で洗車させてもらいました。 肉を焼いてビール飲むのも良いし 熱々鉄板で焼きそばを食べるのも良いです。 富士宮やきそばのブームに乗って開店したような 訳のわからない店とは全く違い 落ち着いた雰囲気は 50を超えたおやじには 良い場所となっています。

深夜0時までやっている富士宮焼きそばです。 五目焼きそばがお勧めです。 駐車場も分かりづらいですが、店の前に幾つかあります。 焼きそばは自分で焼くことになります。あと思い出ノートに記入を求められます。60年続いているお店で、店長もかなりの年齢で、時間の流れがゆっくり感じられます。
Fujinomiyaki soba which is open until midnight. Gome-yaki soba is recommended. Parking is hard to understand, but there are some in front of the store. Yakisoba will be baked by yourself. まず此処に辿り着いたのはお昼過ぎ 趣のある富士宮街中浅間神社の参拝 途中に寄りました。富士宮焼きそば の幟が沢山立っていたので?️が あるのかなと広い駐車場の中2台 しかなかったので車を有料駐車場へ 入れこじんまりとした店内へ 昭和からの佇まいであり女将さんが 60年の歴史を鉄板もテーブル座敷も 古いが故、頑固にできて焼きそば お好み焼きを焼く時の音と匂いが 染み込んでいる様な情緒を感じる。 店内と付き添いの男性が小麦粉から 鉄板さばきをみせ伝統の味を頂きました?大盛は普通でしたが味は…… まあまあかと但、仕込から待つ事 40分家族連れが1組ペットボトルの水 富士山伏流水とかサーバーでろ過してると色々女将さんが能書きを長々 若い頃の店の自慢話で過ぎていき 「ゆっくり味わって」と言われましたが永遠に…語り始めだし粉、青のり、 特製ソース各テーブルに用意して 何1つ質問していないのに⁉️ 拘りは食べ方まで続き、自分流に 自分でコテを持ちだし粉、ソースは ちょっと甘いので多めにぬり 七味唐辛子と合う「しぐれ」ちょっと高価なお好み焼き⁉️常連の店だと思っていたが全国都道府県から観光の 帰りにコメント記帳が8冊ほど 埋め尽くされていた。外人客が殆ど 文字が解らない悪いコメントは掲載されていない❗(謎はあの店のおじさん) 面白く、突っ込み所が多いお惚け人 長閑でひょうきんな店です❗ 居酒屋夜の仕事重視の富士宮やきそば 価格設定、量、接客、能書きは 改善すべきです❗

家族が、本場の富士宮の焼きそばを食べたいと言うので、たどり着きました。お店のおばあさんが、焼きそばの旗を出してくださり、記念撮影してくれてました。おじさんも親切丁寧にいろいろと教えて下さり家族も喜んでいました。鉄板で焼いてその場で食べるので、熱々のままいただくことができました。味のほうは…普通でした。
My family wanted to eat authentic Fujinomiya fried noodles, so I arrived. The grandmother of the shop put out the flag of yakisoba and took a commemorative photo. My uncle was kind and polite and taught me various things, and my family was happy. I baked it on an iron plate and ate it on the spot, so I was able to keep it hot. The taste was ... normal.

I was here mid-august of 2019, to have dinner while staying at a nearby hotel. I recieved such a warm welcome from the owners. Even though we didn’t understand a bit of each other’s lanuguage, they still give me such a wonderful time. And the food was delicious. I highly recommend this place!
