この公園のある燕沢1丁目の地区は、太平洋戦争後、中国の旧満州国から帰って来た方がたの住居でした。長屋の形態で隣りの声も聞こえる全体が家族のような住宅地だったこと覚えています。
当時、各家庭には、お風呂もなく公園の近くにあった銭湯の燕湯があり地域の社交場のように、賑わっていました。
その後、払い下げになり今の住宅地になりました。
今では、当時の方々もほとんどなくなり、次世代の方々が住んでいられます。
私は子どもの頃、近所に住んでいたので、公園の桜の花ふぶきの中遊んだ記憶があります。
桜が咲く頃になると、幼かったあの頃を思い出します。風呂敷を首にまいて、棒を振り回している自分が見えるようです。

The area of Tsubamesawa 1-chome, where this park is located, was the residence of those who returned from the former Manchuria of China after the Pacific War. I remember that the whole area was a family-like residential area where you could hear the voice of the neighbor in the form of a tenement house.
At that time, each family had a public bath, Tsubameyu, which was near the park without a bath, and was crowded like a social gathering place in the area.
After that, it was sold and became the current residential area.
Nowadays, there are almost no people at that time, and the next generation can live in it.
When I was a kid, I lived in the neighborhood, so I remember playing in the cherry blossoms in the park.
When the cherry blossoms bloom, I remember when I was young. You can see yourself swinging a stick around your neck with a furoshiki.

春は桜、秋は紅葉が楽しめます。
