E	Ena Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフの対応は良い。 Wi-Fi、電波悪くネット出来ない。テレワークプランで入ったが、全然スマホが動かない。参りました。注文の商品は5階の受け取り口に取りに行くシステム。ソフトドリンクコーナーも各階にない。トイレは各階にあるが男女各1。リピートはないかな。 The correspondence of the staff is good. 鶴	鶴見玲子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カウンターが5階にあり、階段で7階とかまで歩くのとトイレが男女兼用なのが不便ですが、太閤口から近く、クレジット決済も出来る様になったので便利です。持ち込みOKなので好きな飲み物＆お昼ご飯を名古屋駅で買ってからフリータイムを楽しみました。又行きたいです。名古屋駅構内の食べ物屋さんが近いのでカラオケの後に夕飯のお店が沢山あり便利です。追加、音漏れてて名古屋でこの店にわざわざ行く必要ないって書き込み沢山ありますが、他のジャンカラさんも音漏れしますからね。自分たちも聞かれていると割り切れば楽しめます笑笑 The counter is on the 5th floor, and it is inconvenient to walk to the 7th floor on the stairs and the toilet is unisex, but it is convenient because it is close to the Taikoguchi and you can pay by credit card. C	Cheyenne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Equipment is terrible. Microphones barely worked and tablet broke mutliple times. We had to call the staff mutiple times to fix them. Since you pay for your time/room, it felt like such a waste. Song choices are mediocre.
