it is called KISHIMEN, famous in Japan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant is known for their Shishu Soba, but being in Nagoya I decided to try their Kishimen. It was great! I loved the chilled Kishimen. The noodles had just the right texture and temperature. The tempura was very well executed.
Staff were super polite and accommodating as well. I’d love to come back here.

Kishimen noodle is special
Don’t have to queue, as I visit the restaurant at tea time. So, I bowl of noodle is enough for me. But if come at lunch or dinner hour, I suggest to order a Kishimen set with rice.
Price is fair.
