若い頃は何も考えずに先の細いパンプスやヒールの高い靴を履いていたのですが、今となってはそういった靴選びも巻爪を悪化させてしまう原因だったのかなと思っています。
また、娘もまだ小さいのですが巻爪で悩んでおり、爪を切りすぎないようにしたり、靴のサイズがあっているかをこまめにチェックしたりすることで、悪化しないようにしていけたらと思っています。
通院したおかげで巻爪はだいぶよくなりましたが、もしまた痛みなどが出たらお世話になります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 巻き爪、なんとかならないかな…と探していて、まず出てきたのが、浜松巻き爪ケア専門院（トラスト整体院）でした。電話できない私にもLINEですぐ対応できたことに驚きました。
巻き爪の様子を見て、原因や対策など、納得の出来る内容でしたし、痛みがほとんど無くて、普通に生活出来ているのが、嬉しい。スタッフさんも優しくてわかりやすく説明してくれるので、私も安心、ゆっくり出来ました。
巻き爪が治ってきた頃に、ダイエットの話があり、ちょうど悩んでたので、思い切って受けてみました。少しずつですが、すごくためになるものばかりで、楽しみながら過ごせたことにありがたい。また、整体やコアレも気持ちよくさせてくれます。いつも立ち仕事やら、座っての事務作業やら、毎日変わりますが、トラスト整体院さんで癒やしてくれるので、助かります。感謝、感謝?
