The staff are all friendly and nice, they even gave me a 500 yen Starbucks card as a welcome gift. Some of them are able to speak basic English as well which is great! I did 3D lashes つけ放題 but they told me maximum is 70 lashes on each eye. So it does not make sense to me since it is unlimited (つけ放題), it should fill as much as possible depending on how many lashes I have. BUT, I think this is the case for most places, it’s just a Japan thing, which is stupid, annoying and false advertisement to me. Don’t call it つけ放題 if there is a limit. But other than that, it’s a great place for eyelash extensions and I’d go back again.
