★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大きくもなく小さくもなく、そんな店舗です。比較的に色んな物が多いとは言えません。(個人的に)たまたま、男性用の運動靴の安いのが、ほぼ新古?であったので購入。服も探せば安くて良いものが見つかるかもです。
 It's not big or small, it's such a store. It cannot be said that there are relatively many things. (Personally) I happened to buy athletic shoes for men because they were almost old and new. If you look for clothes, you may find cheap and good ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 洋服を査定しに行き問題点が2つありました。
40分ほど待ち時間があったため電話番号等をお伝えし外出して外で待っていたら1時間経っても電話がかかってこず査定完了しているのかQRコード付きの紙で確認したら査定完了していました。ですが洋服の量多かったしまだかかるのかな？？と思いそこから30分待っても査定完了の電話が来なかったのでスタッフに聞いたら完了してるということでした。
まず、査定完了しているのであれば電話してこいという件。
もう1つは査定しに行ったのに洋服の9~8割ほど返却されたことです。
ダンボールとバッグに洋服を入れていたのですがバッグに入れていた洋服とダンボールは3層になるよう畳んで入れていた1番上の層の洋服しか買取されてなくそのまま返却され帰宅後ダンボールの中身を確認したところ2層目、1層目の洋服は初めに自分で入れた時の配置や畳み方がそのままで多分見ても触ってもないと思います。
量が多かったら多分面倒臭いから全部は査定しないんだなと思いました。
結論、東大阪店以外の系列の店舗に行ったことありますが1番最悪な店舗でしたし、今まで行ってきた買取して貰えるお店の中でも1番最悪な店でした。
本部の方呼んでそこら辺一から見直したらいいと思いました。

Since there was a waiting time of about 40 minutes, I told you the phone number etc. and when I went out and waited outside, I did not receive a call even after 1 hour and confirmed with a paper with a QR code that the assessment was completed I did. However, there was a lot of clothes and I wonder if it will still take. ?? Even after waiting 30 minutes from there, I didn't receive a phone call to complete the assessment, so I asked the staff and it was completed.
First of all, if the assessment has been completed, please call me.
The other is that I went to the assessment but returned about 90-80% of the clothes.
I used to put clothes in a cardboard box and a bag, but the clothes and cardboard boxes in the bag were folded so that they had three layers. Only the top layer of clothes was bought and returned as it was. When I checked the contents, I think that the clothes on the 2nd and 1st layers are the same as the arrangement and folding method when I first put them in, and maybe I can't even see or touch them.
I thought that if the amount was large, it would be annoying, so I wouldn't assess everything.
In conclusion, I've been to stores other than the Higashi-Osaka store, but it was the worst store, and it was the worst store I've ever been to for purchase.
I thought it would be good to call the headquarters and review it from the beginning.

同様のものを他のお店でもお見積り頂きましたので比較させて頂きます。
◆良い点
・送料が少し安かった。
・いらなくなった冷蔵庫と洗濯機を引き取ってもらいますが、費用が他店よりかなり安かった。
・陳列されている商品や店内がきれいでした。
・店員さんは声を掛けたら丁寧に説明して頂け、好感が持てました。
・商品の保証が半年～1年とリサイクル品としては長めだと思う。
◆悪い点
・商品の価格が他店より高めだった。
・駅から少し遠いので、徒歩では訪問しにくい。
・配達に少し時間がかかる。
総合して、価格は他店と比較して引き取り費用が安かった分ほぼ同じくらいになった。
よって家電を更新するのであれば良いが、新規購入であれば少し割高になるかもしれません。（他店と比較）
今回は他店よりも店が信用できそう、保証が他店より長めだったという点が購入の決め手となりました。
結果として、良い買い物ができたと思います。

Therefore, it is fine if you update your home appliances, but it may be a little more expensive if you purchase a new one. (Compare with other stores)
This time, the deciding factor for the purchase was that the store seemed to be more reliable than other stores and the warranty was longer than other stores.
As a result, I think I made a good purchase.
