★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 事前問い合わせで買取をお願いしたいものが売れるかどうか聞いてみたところ、状態によるがまとめて買取もするので、持ってきてくださいとの事で持っていったら、まとめ買いどころか、新品、ほぼ新品しか買取してもらえなかったです。
他に、パズルの専用フレーム未使用と、パズル（未使用）を持っていったら、なぜかフレームだけ買取に。
あと、一番謎なのが、店頭入り口に売っていたエアリーシェイプと、同じものを買取をお願いしたところ、当店ではマッサージ機は医療的にひっかかるため取り扱いはしないとのこと。中古を売ってるのに謎でした（ちなみに、状態も見ず断られました）
返却アイテムもぐちゃぐちゃで返されたのもとても残念。問い合わせ対応がよかっただけに、ガッカリでした。
当たり前ですが新品、ほぼ新品を買取してるので単価は他のお店より高かったです。
ここ最近、いろんなリサイクルショップに買取をお願いしてるのですが、一番買取しないところだと思いました。次は違うところにいきます。

Of course, the unit price was higher than other stores because we bought new and almost new ones.
Recently, I've been asking various recycle shops to buy it, but I think it's the place where I don't buy it most. Next, I will go to a different place.

重量物のソファのため、徒労に終わりました。時間を返して欲しいです。

ショーケースの中身を見ていたら、スタッフの方が「もし見たいものがあったら気軽に声かけてください」と声をかけてくれて、
接客に丁寧さを感じました。
リサイクルショップはどこのお店もそうなんですが、男性ものと女性ものの区別をもうちょっとをしっかりつけてもらいたいです。最近バッグを買おうと思って色々見て回っているのですが、メンズ、レディースの区別がつきにくいことがよくあります。財布なども同様です。
