Is the owner aware of it as a restaurant? I didn't want to waste my good time with my friends in this way, so I evaluated it here.
ヒ	ヒサシ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ダアチランの跡に開店したお店です。内装はそのまま雰囲気は変わらず。サラダ、ピザ、ドリンクで1200円のランチにしましたが、サラダプレートはボリュームあり手も込んでおり美味しかったです。ピザに関してはダアチランより全体的にあっさり、小麦粉から違う感じ？でした。2人で行ってピザ2枚食べましたが1枚は生焼け部分があり残念。星2チョイが実感、今後に期待して星3。時間をあけてもう一度行ってみようと思います。 It is a shop that opened on the site of Daachiran. R	Rio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 比較しないでください☝️ 前のお店、ダ・アチランはとても美味しいお店でしたが、それと比べるには味付けのアプローチがだいぶ違います。前の店が“創作色”の強い店なら、コチラは“伝統的”なイタリアンだと思います。『前菜盛り合わせ５種』と『マルゲリータ』を注文。素材の味を損ねない優しい味付け。一見『割高？』と思われるかもしれませんが、使用してる食材もケチケチしてないですし、価格に見合った充分に満足出来る商品を提供してくれます♪ 前菜盛り合わせ。一品一品、手間と丁寧な仕事を感じる事が出来ます。コレだけでも結構満足www マルゲリータ。かなりモッツァ乗ってます♡生地の歯応えも良い。もう少し旨味(塩味)欲しい…と思った方は、唐辛子オイルで充分カバー出来る範囲です。他のメニューも食べてみたくなりました。また来たいと思います♪ Don't compare ☝️ The previous restaurant, Da Achillan, was a very delicious restaurant, but the seasoning approach is quite different compared to that. m	ms adelheid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 川越駅から少し歩きますが落ち着きがあって可愛い素敵なお店でした。ローカルな雰囲気で優しそうなマスターと奥さん？のホールの方の穏やかな雰囲気のお店です。夏と秋と立ち寄らせて頂きましたが、地元の夏野菜やフリッターやマリネ、秋のサンマとお芋の前菜盛り合わせなどどれも本当に美味しかったです。特にイタリアの南蛮漬けのような…と紹介されたお料理がとても美味しく、酸味もきつくなく程よく優しい味でお酒が進むお料理でした。ピザはマルゲリータや野菜のピザやクアトロフォルマッジを試しましたがピザ窯で焼かれたとあってフワフワとトロトロした食感がとてもよかったです。また是非立ち寄りたいお店です。 I walked a little from Kawagoe Station, but it was a lovely and calm shop. A	Akari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約なしで伺ったからか、なかなかお料理が出て来ず。その間をお酒で繋ごうとも、オーダーを忘れられていたり…。新しいお料理が来ても、取り皿は交換してもらえなかったり。店員さんが小走りなのもちょっと気になりました。お料理は美味しかったので、もう少しサービス面でモヤモヤせず、ゆっくりお食事出来たら良いなぁと思いました。 Maybe because I visited without a reservation, the food didn't come out easily. Even if I try to connect with alcohol in the meantime, I forget to order ... Even if a new dish comes, the plate may not be replaced. I was a little worried that the clerk was sprinting. The food was delicious, so I thought it would be nice if I could eat slowly without feeling a little uncomfortable in terms of service.

Fico is an absolute gem, found in Saitama just on the outskirts of Tokyo but well worth the visit! The owners are awesome and welcoming, providing a great culinary experience. The chef trained in Florence, Italy but also takes advantage of the incredible Japanese produce, and this is evident from the authentic Italian cuisine, from the wood fired pizza (classic margherita and also the lemon tuna pizzas are highly recommended), deliciously simple bolognese and lasagne to the perfectly cooked steak! This is all paired with some great local beers and Italian wines! I've now been four times and ensure I take friends whenever we visit from the UK - my foodie friends even insisted it's the best meal they've ever had :)! Thanks for the food! Ciao!
