エスプレッソをオーダー。
前菜の茄子のカカオ煮込みが絶品。カカオの使い方を初めて知った。
ゼッポリーネもモチモチで最高。
パスタは目玉焼きが乗ったチーズスパゲティ。
目玉焼きとチーズ、バターだけでどうしてこんなにうまくなるのかが不思議。
ハラミソテーは見ての通り絶妙な火加減と塩加減。これ以上はしょっぱいと思うギリギリのラインを攻めて、旨さへと昇華させる。
ドルチェまでもたれることなくスムースに食べられる。
いつでも行きたい最高のお店。

The appetizer eggplant stewed in cacao is excellent. I learned how to use cacao for the first time.
Zeppeline is also the best in the chewy.
Pasta is cheese spaghetti with fried egg.
I wonder why fried eggs, cheese and butter alone make it so good.
As you can see, Haramisote is exquisitely heated and salted. I will attack the last-minute line that I think is salty any more and sublimate it to deliciousness.
You can eat smoothly without leaning on Dolce.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サラダ盛り合わせ、メイン、パン、ドルチェ2種盛り合わせ、ドリンクのBセットをいただきました。メインは「いろいろきのこと黒オリーブの煮込みソース」のパスタをチョイス。たくさんのきのこが豊かな風味を生み出しており、とても美味しかったです。
I had a salad platter, a main course, bread, 2 kinds of dolce platter, and a B set of drinks. The main choice is pasta with "various mushrooms and black olives stewed sauce". A lot of mushrooms produced a rich flavor and it was very delicious.

At first glance, I thought that the partition was high, but it disappointed me with good meaning, and I was able to enjoy delicious food and my own luxurious time without hesitation even by myself.
