★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ロードバイクの変速不良で持ち込みましたが、ほとんど門前払いでした。
「買い換えたら？」と言ったり、チェーンが原因かも？ということで交換したのですが、長さを同じにカットしており、交換した意味がありませんでした。開封前に長さを計算していたのに、ちゃんと確認しろやと思います。
結局変速不良は自力で直しましたが、チェーン交換と変速機のねじ切りだけで7000も請求され、ママチャリのパンク修理程度なら良いかもですが、誠意が欠けているので二度と行きません。
I brought it in due to a bad shift on the road bike, but it was mostly paid in advance.
Maybe it's because of the chain or saying "Why don't you buy a new one?" So I exchanged it, but the length was cut to the same, so there was no point in exchanging it. I had calculated the length before opening it, but I think I should check it properly.
In the end, I fixed the shift failure by myself, but I was charged 7,000 just by replacing the chain and threading the transmission, and it may be good if it is a puncture repair of a mamachari, but I will not go again because I lack sincerity.
