私は妊娠7ヶ月で祖母も80歳近いので定員さんがチャイルドシートを車に乗せてくれると思っていたのですが車の前まで運んでくれてそこからはダンボールから出すのも車に乗せるのも全て自分でやらされました。
「箱抑えとくんで出してくださいだいぶ重いですよー｣と言われ衝撃でした
しゃがむのもお腹が出ていてしんどいし、持った瞬間重い！と言ったのですがずっと見ていて放置されました

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ おもちゃやベビー用品等たくさんあるので、見てて楽しいが、会員になっても決してお得感を感じない。まとめ買いがお得みたいに書いてるがいろんな店と比較しても特にお得とは感じない。お得感出して売りたいんだろうけど、書き方が悪い。ややこしい。
レジ混んでても店員がなかなか他のレジを開けない。うろうろして暇そうなの多いのに。
会員になっていろんなクーポンもらってよく分からないから会計の時に聞いたのに、お得な今使うべきクーポンのオススメが出来ない。
サービスカウンターで客を待たせ過ぎ。
まともな(普通の)接客が出来ない店員多過ぎ。客に対してやたら強気発言。
土日は駐車場もなかなか停めにくいほど混んでる。ゆっくり見たいなら平日がオススメ。

子供が小さいと何度も車に乗せたり下ろしたりするのが大変なので、おもちゃから食品、服、その他子供用品まで一つの店で買えるのは魅力です。
特に電動の鼻水吸い器を何店舗も探し回っていたときに、ベビーザラスの方に結構な種類が見本付きで置いてあったのには助けられました。
またクーポンとかアンケートとか色々とあるのですが、ややこしいのでそちらは使っていません。

トイザらス通販でおもちゃを買うと送料がかかるため、わざわざ片道１時間かけて狙いのおもちゃを買いに行ったら オンラインストアより1,500円 値段が高かった。
店舗とオンラインストア 値段を揃えて欲しいです..
