トイザらスはおもちゃが割高なので
他の店で売ってるなら他で買った方が
絶対お得！

ヤマダ電機やAmazonで比較すればいかに高いかわかります。人件費なのでしょうが、通販価格との差が大きすぎて後々がっかりさせられます。ご注意ください。
Overall the product line is poor and the price is high. We recommend that you visit other stores before purchasing here.
If you compare with Yamada Denki or Amazon, you can see how high it is. It will be labor cost, but it will be disappointed later because the difference with the mail order price is too big. Please be careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 横抱っこできる抱っこ紐購入でベビザラスへ行くも売り場店員にエルゴ○○○を生後17日でも3500gあれば縦抱っこ出来るからと説明を受けて購入。自宅で助産師と試すも足が無理に開くため危険との判断であと1ヶ月様子みることに。返品希望でベビザラスへ電話したが、エルゴ○○○は開封後の返金は出来ないと返答あり。
売り場店員はどんな資格とスキルで勧めているのか疑問で、ただエルゴ○○○を売りたいだけに感じた。また、返品できないことを購入時に説明しないことにも不信感あり。
I went to Bevisaras by purchasing a hugging strap that can be held sideways, but I received an explanation from the sales floor clerk that I could hold Ergo ○○○ vertically even 17 days after birth if it was 3500g. Even though I tried with a midwife at home, I decided to wait for another month because I decided that it was dangerous because my legs would open forcibly. I called Bevisaras to return it, but Ergo ○○○ replied that it could not be refunded after opening.
I was wondering what kind of qualifications and skills the sales floor clerk recommended, and I just felt like selling Ergo ○○○. There is also distrust in not explaining at the time of purchase that the item cannot be returned.

値段はお安くはないので他店とかネットとかと比べて必要な物だけ買うようにしてます♪
子供服といっても数は少ないしサイズも赤ちゃん用が殆どです。幼稚園児が着れるサイズ位まで扱いがあるといいなぁ。
定価ならもっとポイント還元してくれればいいのに。そういうサービスはいまいち。

Even if it is called children's clothing, there are few numbers and sizes are mostly for babies. It would be nice to have a size that can be worn by kindergarteners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ・子供の自転車を買おうとして店員に何インチがよいのか聞いたら、インカムで「身長100cmだったら何インチですか？」と他の店員に聞いて回答された。自転車の調整もしてくれなかった。スタッフが細かく調整してくれるなんて大ウソ。
・他のトイザらスに比べ、明らかに質の低い店員が多い。同じメーカーの2つのチャイルドシートの違いを聞いたら「デザインが違います」と真顔で答える店員とか、子供が話しかけてもガン無視して無表情でレジ打ちする店員とか…。そもそも店員の数が足りてないと思う。
・レジはしょっちゅう「研修中」の店員が入れ替わってる印象。出入りが激しい？
・キャラクターの子供服は品揃えがいいのでそれ目当てでは利用するが、それ以外のベビー用品が目的なら、アカチャンホンポとか西松屋の方が絶対いい。

・ The cashier often feels like the shop assistants are changing. Are you going in and out?
・ Character children's clothing is good, so I will use it for that purpose, but for other baby products, Akachan Honpo or Nishimatsuya is definitely better.
