レジは5～6台ありますが対応しているのは1台だけでさらにポイントカードの説明をしているようです
かなりイライラしました

繁忙期はレジのヘルプをつけるなり、ラッピングが必要な客と必要ない客を分ける工夫をするなり努力されたら如何でしょうか？
商品の品揃え、サポート、保証がしっかりしているだけお店なだけに、少々残念に感じました。
It's Christmas season, so it can't be helped, but the cashier's rotation is extremely bad.
What if you make an effort to get help from the cash register during the busy season, or to devise ways to separate customers who need wrapping from those who do not?
I was a little disappointed because the store has a solid product lineup, support, and warranty.
