★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 会社と当事者の間に入って、仲介する役割を担う機関。しかし当事者が会社からハラスメントを受けても、支援スタッフは会社寄りで当事者の話を後回しにする上、会社に有利な方向に契約、提案等行ってくる。また支援スタッフは当事者に対して上から目線で、業務内容改善等にも当事者が悪い、当事者自らの精神論で問題解決するよう話を進める。労働法や各種手続きにもうとく、スタッフ人材育成がなされてないのではと感じる。よって職場定着支援としての機関の役割が全く果たせていない。

However, even if the party receives harassment from the company, the support staff will postpone the talk of the party by the company and will make contracts, proposals, etc. in a direction that is advantageous to the company. In addition, the support staff will talk to the parties from the top and solve the problems with their own philosophies, where the parties are not good at improving the work content. I feel that staff human resource development has not been made in the labor law and various procedures. Therefore, the role of the organization as support for workplace establishment is not fulfilled at all.
